OPEN BAR

Based on a fixed cost per adult:
We will supply a fully stocked bar with liquor, beer & wine. Based on the above prices per person, the host is responsible for full payment of this bar prior to the scheduled event date.
(Minimum 2 Hours/Maximum 4.5 Hours)

Based on the above prices per person, the host may opt to limit their open bar:
Example: Beer & Wine Only
The host is responsible for full payment of their limited open bar prior to the scheduled event date.

Based on consumption per person:
Bar tab accumulates based off the actual beverages consumed. Host is responsible for full payment
of the bar tab prior to the end of the scheduled event.
(Maximum 4.5 Hours)

Limited Open Bar Open bar, based on consumption, accumulates until an established dollar limit is reached. At this time, the bar tab is to be paid for by the host. All beverages hereafter would be paid for on a per person basis.

Cash Bar Each person is responsible for the payment and gratuity on all his/her beverages.
(Maximum 4.5 Hours)

All bar options listed above are subject to a 18% service charge. Options marked with an “*” are also subject to a 6.25% Massachusetts Tax. As mandated by Massachusetts State Law Shaker Farms Country Club must provide all alcohol. It is illegal to serve alcoholic beverages to any person under 21 years of age.
